They have to write a short paper about how Jiu-Jitsu can promote wellness, so they will find this very useful. Are you in academics? I’m a philosophy professor, but I moonlight in the HES Department teaching martial arts classes.

Hey, man. Sorry for the delay. No, I'm not in academics but I have always thought that jiu-jitsu would be an amazing elective class or activity for youth and young adults. How did you get into that?
